    Hey Tech Assessors,

    Thought I’d just throw out a couple of thoughts, that might be of interest in the debate.

    – When evaluating technology what are the implications of ‘assessment framing’, that is, if we frame our evaluation as a ‘risk assessment’, what is lost by just looking at risk?
    – What are the obvious terms of reference that we use to evaluate the benefits/hazards of technology? What are the more subtle terms of reference that we should be looking at? How could these be conceptualised?
